Three large ripe bananas. One cup mixed dried fruits (dates, apricot, raisins, fig) chopped and pitted. Two and half cup rolled oats. One teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/3 cup vegetable oil. 1/3 cup honey. – How To Prepare. – Before you start get your oven preheated to 350F degrees (175 C degrees).
