Seven Tips To Reduce Pigmentation Marks From The Skin

Pigmentation on the skin develop for many reasons, among the most common and major reasons for the development of pigmentation is over exposure to sun light without sun protection and problems in producing melanin in the skin cells, but even though it is not possible to completely remove pigmentation marks without surgical or laser interference, you can reduce it significantly by following some simple tips, the following are some tips to help you reduce pigmentation marks and protect your skin from any more development of pigmentation so read on. 1- Potato With Lemon Juice. Both Potato and lemon juice are natural bleachers and that is why they are ideal for pigmented skin areas, all you need to do is take one part of potato juice, mix it with one part of lemon juice and apply the mixture on the pigmented area, leave it for about fifteen to twenty minutes then wash off with warm water, follow this remedy every other day to reduce the marks of pigmentation. 2- Turmeric And Yogurt.


Turmeric has always been known to reduce pigmentation marks and lighten the skin tone and so it is very effective, take one tablespoon of Turmeric and mix it with just enough yogurt to form a paste that will be suitable to make a facial mask, apply the mask on the pigmented area, allow it to dry then wash off with warm water, you can follow this remedy even everyday as it is effortless, effective and have no side effects on your skin. 3- Cucumber Juice And Onion Juice. You may not want to follow this remedy due to the smell of onion juice, however it is very effective to fade marks and freckles, you will need to mix one part of onion juice with one part of cucumber juice which is a natural bleach, and apply it to the pigmented area, allow it to dry then rinse of the skin with lukewarm water, you can get rid of the onion smell by rubbing any stainless steel utility in your kitchen even a spoon or so on the skin where you applied the onion juice for about ten minutes and the smell will dissapear, follow this remedy at least three times a week. 4- Tomato Juice With Vitamin E. Tomato juice is very beneficial for your skin in general as tomato contain many essential vitamins and minerals that make the skin cells repair itself quickly and unite its tone color, beside vitamin E oil that will do your skin wonders, you want to use one part of natural tomato juice with one teaspoon of vitamin E oil and apply that mixture in the discolored area then leave it to dry, wash the skin with lukewarm water and follow this remedy twice a week. 5- Aloe Vera Juice, Oatmeal Powder and Honey. Aloe Vera Juice is rich with vitamin E as well as other akin Healing properties, the Oatmeal is a natural bleach to the skin and the honey nourish and help the skin to unite its tone, so take one part of aloe Vera Juice, mix it with one teaspoon of honey and add Oatmeal Powder to the mixture in order to form a paste, apply that paste to the skin and allow it to dry, after the mixture dry wash off with warm water and moisturize. 6- Follow A Proper Skin Care Regime. Well you need to take care of your face, use minimal makeup and only use suitable skin care products to your skin type, avoid being exposed to sun light as much as possible and always make sure to apply a proper sunscreen to your face before getting exposed to the sun. 7- Have A Healthy Rich Diet. Follow a healthy rich diet that provide your body with the essential vitamins and minerals to repair the damaged skin cells such as carotenes, vitamin A, vitamin E and vitamin C , these vitamins will be included in leafy greens, carrots, mango, citrus fruits, melons peach and also try to include sources of iron in your diet plane like spinach and red meat.
