Water Aerobics:
A fitness program in our Thalassotherapy Pool where increased resistance promotes muscle endurance and lets the joints move more freely, improving flexibility and adding a serious element of play. 45 minutes / Complimentary with your stay Group Session (min. 1 guests, max. 5 guests)
Body Workout:
Exercise and training which increases the heart rate stimulates blood circulation, strengthening lung and heart, and is excellent for weight loss through the fat burning exercise. 45 minutes / Complimentary with your stay Group Session (min. 1 guests, max. 5 guests)
Pilates:
Pilates is an enjoyable exercise experience that’s fun, creative and easy to learn. This unique conditioning system stretches and strengthens the whole body, improves posture, and will give you a long, lean, sculpted figure. 45 minutes
Step Aerobic:
Power Step is a higher intensity variation of a traditional step class, using more complex choreography. 45 minutes
Personal Training:
Classes can be organized throughout the week. Prices vary according to the class type and duration. Contact our Spa Reception team for further information at the extension 7600.
