Class description Aqua Therapy - A combination of stretching, aerobics, and water jet massage in our heated Vitality Pool. Estate Walk - A guided leisurely walk around the Estate on the Estate's scenic-rich nature path. Meet at Activity Office.

Healthy Living - Ancient principles applied to modern life to relieve stress and achieve happiness. Intuitive Eating - Learn to develop a healthy relationship with eating. Jungle Gym Circuit Training - Outdoor circuit training geared for keeping physically fit using an outdoor gym. Meet at Activity Office. Meditation & Pranayama - An overview, introduction, and practice on basic breathing and meditation techniques that will deepen your Yoga practice. Pilates Mat Class - A general matwork class focusing on introducing and deepening Pilates principles to ensure quality of movement at all levels. Yoga - A flow of physical postures inspired by Hatha, Ashtanga, and Yin Yoga for all levels. An introduction to Bali outdoors and activities - A brief overview of the Estate Activity Menu followed by a question/answer session to help you plan your stay.

Please arrive no later than 5mins before the scheduled start time. As a courtesy to other guests you may not be allowed to join a class if you are more than 15mins late or if the class is over subscribed. Wear suitable attire for indoor and outdoor activities. Wear sun protection for outdoor activities. If you are pregnant, please inform the teacher about your special needs and experiences. All classes are delivered with a group dynamic in mind.
