Laughter Yoga is a simple and profound technique combining unconditional laughter with Yogic breathing. You will leave feeling healthier and re-energized.

Kaoshikii is a form of dance which strengthens the body and mind and increases flexibility. Labyrinth Meditation is an ancient practice to quiet the mind, release tension and gain access to your inner voice. The circular path of the labyrinth represents the journey of life.

Yoga aims to achieve the body and mind balance through physical exercise, deep breathing and meditation. It is ideal for improving strength, flexibility and balance.

Qi-Gong is a practice of aligning breath, movement and meditation to assist in achieving greater physical flexibility and mental calmness as well as reconnecting you with the world around you.
