Die Options & Cut to Your Design - Different die shapes are available for ampules, vials, boxes and other special shapes (may require an additional one-time charge for a cutting die). Send us your layout and we’ll cut the foam to your specifications.
Details - There is a design charge to create the template. We will send a proof for approval prior to completing the order.

Overlays for Cut Foam Options
Identify Protected Contents - Optional Lexan® overlays with labels are available for Cut Foam. Overlays can be cut to the same specifications as the foam and labeled to identify the contents.
Easy to Clean - Labels are printed on the underside of the overlay to allow easy cleaning without affecting print quality. Standard two-color label is included in the price of the overlay. Ink colors are Black, Blue, Green, Red, Yellow and White. Other colors may also be available. Call our Resource Group for more information.
