Our Unit Dose Blister and Label product line enables the pharmacists to choose the blister and label combination appropriate to their packaging needs. It is critical that the proper components are aligned with respect to class to provide the stated level of protection.

HCL commissions the performance of USP Package testing to classify all of its blisters and labels in accordance with USP Package Class Ratings (USP 27 Section <671>). This testing classifies our packaging materials contingent on the appropriate combination of blisters and labels being utilized together.

Matching labels can be printed with barcodes and other critical drug or patient information. • Ointment Unit Dose Blisters (19339) are made of FDAapproved recycled PET material. Use it with the Paper-Foil Unit Dose Laser Labels (19470). • Ointment Blister Filler/Sealing Tray (19559) is a two-piece system which uses a White acrylic base to hold ointment blisters and a polycarbonate overlay that goes on top of blisters to prevent ointment from spilling onto blister edges. Once blisters have been filled, remove overlay, place labels on blisters and roll to seal. • Sealing Tray (19556) holds blisters in place during filling and label application. • 19339: 50 per package; 1,200 total blisters • 19470: 100 sheets per pack; 2,400 total labels
