People in our industry are often at or near the top of the learning and dedication ladder. They are well-educated, hard-working, intelligent and passionately devoted to their work. In short, they could have chosen any one of several demanding careers. They chose to work in healthcare. That’s why we decided last year to highlight the many drivers that brought people to their career decisions, and that keep them at the task every day.
