Badger Football Season in Preview By Brian Klatt With the 2016 edition of Badger football set to kick off on September 3, I decided to gaze into my crystal ball — okay, Nerf ball — to determine how Wisconsin’s season will shake out. Now let me be clear: very little research went into this. No numbers were crunched — only kettle chips. Scouting reports studied? Pish posh! Nope, this was done using good, old-fashioned gut instinct. And outside of that time I decided to bedazzle my entire wardrobe and answer only to the name Snazzy Pete, my gut rarely steers me wrong. The Badgers even manage to score two touchdowns during the Fifth Quarter. Wisconsin 14 Michigan State 38 The first hiccup of the season. Not to worry, though — just a little gas. Wisconsin 23 Michigan 21 Wolverines head coach Jim Harbaugh spends week pressing his closet full of khaki pants instead of game planning. Badgers win in a squeaker. game>>page 11
