She can encourage even the most challenging residents to to perform activities of daily living that they would otherwise refuse. Austina is often noted picking up additional shifts on short notice and is a willing mentor for our new hires. We are so incredibly happy to have her on the team!

Joining the team over a year ago the young, motivated couple enhances the lives of the residents by demonstrating compassion and ensuring the needs are met. From going the extra mile; shopping for the occasional coke or bag of Doritos request, the couple also shares some of their personal life blessings; such as becoming expecting parents. “They are the highlight of my day I enjoy visiting with them and discussing all the first time parent questions and the even come and visit me on their day off” indicates Nancy. “They truly are so deserving of this honor”

Dr. Margaret is what being a caring champion is all about. She is not only an amazing boss and single mother, but a pioneer in the dental field. Dr. Margaret has a heart for service that is unmatched. She spearheads the Mission of Mercy to provide free dental care to underserved communities. She also is a committee member for numerous programs that aid in the progress of her profession. She is often found seeing patients after hours, over the weekend and during her vacation. We cannot thank her enough for everything she does for our community.
