The Huron Community Fair kicked off Sunday afternoon at the grandstands with harness horse racing.
The 156th Huron Community Fair is
underway at the Huron Community Fairgrounds in Bad Axe.
The festivities began with harness horse racing at the grandstands. Bingo, livestock and the arrival of the rides also highlighted the opening day at the Fair.

Monday at the Huron Community Fair saw vendors setting up for the midway and exhibitor hall but action was at the grandstand and in the sale and show arena with harness horse racing and the sheep show.
The harness horse racing had several races starting at 1 p.m. and the sheep show brought handlers from all ages for the event. The evening brought live music on the midway with the Vinny Charles Band.

Despite dreary weather Tuesday morning, the skies would clear and the sun would come out as the Huron Community Fair got in full swing with the opening of the carnival.
The midway was finally up and running Tuesday, and kids of all ages enjoyed the rides, carnival games, food and more. The evening concluded with the new ATV racing event at the grandstands.

The Bump-and-run demolition derby was a highlight of Wednesday’s events at the Huron Community Fair.
Midway rides and games, along with live music, bingo and livestock showing also were parts of Wednesday’s events.

Thursday at the fair wrapped up with the return of the Super Kicker Rodeo to the grandstands.
People filled the grandstand beyond capacity and overflowed around the show area as they enjoyed bull riding and other rodeo activities.
The midway was hopping once again as well as people enjoyed the rides before hitting up the rodeo.

The last day of the Huron Community Fair saw fairgoers getting in rides, games and grandstand entertainment one last time before the fair closed up for the week.
The grandstand main event for the evening saw
the Thumb Tractor Pull Association which saw tractor and truck owners competing in front of a full crowd.
There was live music playing on the midway featuring The XoXos.
The Huron Community Fair ran from July 28 to Aug. 3 with the midway opening up on July 30.
