1/25/13 1:31 PM A Bazzaro Time Tylen
Anita honestly surprised me when she asked me if I wanted to go to six flags. She invited me a month before the trip, so she could buy the tickets then. Also her b-day was the next month. Every day from then on I was kind of excited, but also nervous. I loved birthday parties but I wasn’t a huge fan of rollercoaster’s. Also Andres was invited and he talked about how much he loved rollercoaster’s and how fast they were. I didn’t like some rollercoaster’s because I also wasn’t a huge fan of heights.
“What if the rollercoaster went flying into midair?”
“What happen if only my seatbelt came off?”
A lot of these things were going through my head that whole month. But after a long month of excitement and worrying the day finally came. The people invited were Andres, Sofi, Skye, Carson, and I and also of coarse Anita. The car ride took forever although by the end of the day it was worth it. Once we got there the first ride we went on was this ride where we sit in a row, and it flips us upside down over and over. I thought it was fun a lot of fun. Another ride we went on was this Batman rollercoaster, it wasn’t huge but it was a QUICK rollercoaster. Since you can only ride with one other person it was Carson and I it started off fine, just up and down but then whoosh! The turns on it were so sharp, I thought the rollercoaster was going to flip over.
“My phone!” I yelled.
I almost dropped my phone but I caught it, close call. Everyone wanted to ride the “Superman Bazzaro”, so we all lined up to ride it. This ride was huge. This ride was the largest one in the park. Once we got like half way inline Carson and I turned around and left. We both didn’t want to ride it, that rides seemed a little too big for us. Once we left the line we went on this cat women ride. It was ENORMOUS it was really
fast like a rocket; we loved the ride a lot. After all of that we had food at Johnny rockets we all ordered chicken fingers and fries and Anita got a milkshake since it was her b-day. We also ate in this big booth so our seats were comfy. After we ate about half of our food, someone knocked over Anita’s milkshake into the booth. All of the chocolate from the milkshake got onto Skye’s pants, which were white. She wasn’t too happy.
“Oh my god, my pants!” Skye yelled.
After we ate and Skye got cleaned up Anita’s mom said we have to ride 1 more ride then we have to go. Everyone wanted to go on Bazzaro. This time I wasn’t worried to go on so I went with everyone Carson didn’t go on because he was still scared. While we were in line the tracks of the rollercoaster were above us I could hear how loud it was and how fast it was.
Sofi said, “You are going to love this ride.”
I said, ”Watch I hate this ride.”
Once we got right next to the ride I could feel the wind whoosh by me fast I started to get nervous but I’ve gone to far to turn around… literally to many people were behind us.
“You can do this,” I thought.
Skye said, “Yay! Its finally here.”
Once we got on the ride started, all the worried questions I had the month before this were coming while we were going up and up. It took a total of 30 sec to reach the top. Once we were at the top EVERYONE started screaming in joy, the drop (to me) felt like a 90-degree angle. The wind was so fast in my face I could barely breath. Once we got past the drop there were so many turns and loops I had a blast.
“Carson! You should have gone on it was a lot of fun,” I said.
He said, “Nay that drop is too big.”
After we then had to leave. Going to Six Flags changed my thoughts about rollercoasters but not so much about heights. I wish I could go back now to Six Flags and take friends, that is afraid of roller coasters. Then they can overcome their fear.
