A Bad Memory Bryan
This is a memory from about six years ago when I was in second grade. I think it was in the Fall or spring time, and I woke up that morning feeling sick you know when you feel really weak like you have no energy when you move and a but light headed and I also had a runny nose and a sore throat anyways I wasn’t feeling very good and it was a school day my mom was already off to work because it took about an hour and a half there because of traffic and public transportation and it’s usually my dad who sends my sister and I to school plus our school is on the way to his office. So I ask my dad if I could stay home that day and my dad says: . . . . . . . . . . .’’No”. I don’t know why maybe he wasn’t convinced or maybe it was because he was always strict with these things, so I tried to convince him some more and so I ‘’begged’’ him to let me stay at home, I guess he thought that I was trying too hard and faking it and just trying to skip school so he just said:’’ there’s nothing wrong with you you’re fine.’’ and sent us to school . All I can remember after that is having a tuna sandwich for lunch and lining up for after recess and not feeling too good and splat I threw up on some poor kid named Evan in my class. After that we both went to the nurse’s office me because I was sick and him because he needed a new pair of pants. After that I remember getting picked up by my mom and going and finally getting that day off and a ginger ale.
