Camp Chickami Everyone has a special camp or place where they go every year. They have a place where they can’t think of any troubles or worries. Just a place that makes them feel happy. My camp is called Camp Chickami, also known as the best place on earth. People who go have said, “Camp Chickami is better than Disney World!” or “There is not another place I’d rather be right now!” Camp Chickami is a place where great memories are made. Whether it’s playing Relivio in the woods, or going for a swim in the afternoon, I always end up having tons of fun. Although, playing Relivio is the main highlight of going to Camp Chickami for me. It’s a hide and seek tag game and if the other team finds or tags you, you have to go to the pit. If someone on your team runs through the pit and yells “Relivio!” then you are allowed to go and find a new hiding place. The thought of sprinting through the woods and smelling the pine needles on the ground makes me smile. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had playing, is the anxious feeling I get hiding in the bushes with my friends, hoping that no one finds us. The best part about going somewhere special, is going with someone you’re close to. Laughing until your stomachs hurt and running around until you’re exhausted. These create the special places everyone has and loves.
