Ty The Big Misunderstanding
He started to run as an unknown man chased him. This was the fastest he had ever run before in is life. He ran down an alley and was trapped. The unknown man started to approach him… Thirty Minutes Earlier… “Hi Sir, welcome to Starbucks,” an employee said as the man walked in the door. He greeted her in return and went to the counter to buy a coffee and a turkey sandwich. It was 5 o’clock, the sun was going down, and he was on his way home. The workday had taken a toll on him; he stood there waiting in line with a frown on his face. He bought a coffee and a turkey sandwich and was going to catch the train. The train was coming so he started to run. In this rush, his wallet fell out of the bag he was carrying. A Good Samaritan picked it up off the ground and started to chase after the man yelling, “STOP!!!” The man thought the pedestrian who picked up his wallet was chasing him, so he ran. He did not know who was chasing him. In a complete state of fear the man ran down an alley and was cornered. Approaching the man who lost his wallet was the guy who saw him drop it. “No, please don’t hurt me,” the man pleaded to the Good Samaritan with his wallet approached him. Fearing that he was going to be robbed, the man gave up all hope. The guy with the wallet went up to him and gave him his wallet. He said, “You dropped this when you were running to catch the train.” The man’s jaw dropped as he fell to the ground. The pedestrian who gave him the wallet said, “I don’t even get a thank you?” The man was speechless. He could not believe what had happened. Why did I run? Why didn’t I give the guy a chance?
