Flax oil 1 Tsp. Pumpkin pie spice 1 Tsp. Splenda Brown Sugar 8 oz. Yogurt 4-6 ice cubes Ginger Bread Man 1 scoop vanillaWhey Powder 1 graham cracker 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 capful vanilla extract 12oz. of water 4 Ice Cubes Blend 45 seconds Gingerbread Cookie Shake 4 ice cubes 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ginger 1 sprinkle ground cloves 1- 6oz. cup greek yogurt -vanilla 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or Skim milk 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder Blend using Magic Bullet or Blender. Although it's off season - here's a yummy shake using up the leftover can of Libby's Pumpkin that's sitting in the fridge (you may have opened one to make Protein Crepes with Pumpkin Sour Cream filling). Liquid (Water/Milk/Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk/Carb Countdown) 1-2 servings of vanilla whey protein powder 2 Tablespoons of high quality, good tasting cottage cheese 1/2 Cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling) 1/4 Teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 - 1 Teaspoon cinnamon 1-2 Tablespoons ground golden flaxseed Pinch of nutmeg Pinch of cloves Pinch of ground ginger Splenda, powdered erythritol or stevia Lots of ice Optional: pinch of guar gum to thicken Do your blender thing, pour it into a glass and give thanks for your shake! Protein Pumpkin Cake (Makes 4 servings, or a whole bunch of mini muffins)


3 Omega eggs or the equivalent of egg whites 3/4 cup splenda for baking (I often just use 3-4 protein powder scoops full. Stevia for baking works, too.) 1 small can of pumpkin puree (or 1/2 of the big can) 3/4 cup vanilla protein powder, about 3 scoops) 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp.baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 2 tsp cinnamon (plus a sprinkling of nutmeg if desired) Splash of vanilla or almond extract (optional), about 1 tsp Optional: low sugar dark chocolate chips Whisk together the eggs and splenda. Add in the pumpkin and vanilla and stir.
