Heather Thomas

The Art of Life - and living a great one includes trusting and following your instincts. Heather has recently stepped into her creative life with enthusiasm and joy, patience and persistence. As a child, Heather was fascinated by the idea of being a writer. Over the past few years, Heather has published several BLOG posts and articles for YMM Magazine, NorthWord. She has also twice been a contributor to the NorthWord Literary Journal. Fast forward to today, and she is currently working on a memoir with an estimated release date of 2024. Heather finds the most joy in playing with both texture and colour. She finds the most ease and flow through the intuitive practice that creates abstract work. In comparison to her husband’s portraits, Heather often describes her paintings as those that don’t look like anything specific but are instead open to interpretation.
