I emailed people from Hebron Academy to fill out my survey on Physical Health.

How many hours do you sleep a night?

Most people said Six or Seven hours, some said Eight or Nine hours, and least amount of people said Four or Five hours. The most healthiest amount of sleep is Seven to Eight hours for the average person. Four or Five Hours - 3% Eight or Nine Hours - 29% Six or Seven Hours - 68%


Would you go outside to do activites?

Most people from Hebron Academy would do activities, some wouldn’t and a few would sometimes. Outside activites are good for you because getting out and being active gives you energy.

Yes, People would do activities - 79% No, People wouldn’t do activites - 13% Sometimes People would do activities - 8%


How much water do you drink a day?

Most people from Hebron Academy drink One or Two bottles of water a day, some drink Three or Four, some drink Five or Six, fewer said Seven or Eight, and the least amount of people said Eight or more. The healthiest amount is 8 oz of water a day. -Most people said ‘One or two bottles’ - In second, people said ‘Three or four bottles’ - In third, ‘five or six’ - Forth, ‘Seven or Eight’ - Lastly in fifth, ‘Eight or more’ bottles


How socially active are you a week?

Most people said they are often social, almost half said their very social and some said their rarely social. It is good to be social with other people and meeting new people because being blocked away from meeting people can cause depression and impact your physical health. People that are often social during the week - 56% People that are very social during the week - 37% People that are rarely social during the week - 7%


How many times do you workout a week?

Most people said they workout most of the week, some said a few times, maybe more, fewer said usually once or twice, and least amount of people said they don’t workout. Working out is good for releasing energy, and feeling fit and healthy. - ‘I workout most of the week when I can’ at highest - ‘A few times, maybe more’ in second - ‘Usually once or twice’ in third - ‘None’ in last


In conclusion, I learned about surveys and how Physical Health is important, and learning about what you need to have a healthy body. Thanks to the people who summited to my survey.
