How healthy are you?

By: Cora Younk

Introduction

For my survey I decided to make my topic fruits and vegetables at Hebron. I got 74 responses from people all over campus. We used google forms to make the survey and dent it to the whole school. Here are the graphs with the information from my survey.

Graph #1: Do you prefer corn off or on the cob?

As you can see by this graph, 80% of people prefer corn on the cob. 20% prefer it off the cob.

Graph #2: Do you eat vegetables everyday?

In this graph there is three options, but only two of them people chose. 72% sometimes eat vegetables. 28% eat vegetables every single day.

Graph #3: Do you like fruit in your yogurt?

In this graph there is two options Yes and No. 70% does like fruit in their yogurt. 30% doesn’t.

Graph #4: Do you like vegetables in your fruit smoothie?

There are three options here as you can see by the graph above. For this question there is a 1-3 scale that you use to answer. Three is you like it and one is you hate it. 16 people said they like it, 35 people said that is depends on the vegetable and 20 ewww!

Graph #5: What is your favorite color fruit or vegetable to eat?

There are seven options in this one. 32 people said their favorite healthy food to eat is red, 8 said orange, 5 said yellow, 19 said green, and for blue, purple and other.

Conclusion

In the end the students, faculty, and staff were pretty healthy. There were 74 responses, but none of the questions were required to answer so, some were not answered by all people. If I did this again I would do different questions in different ways to graph them. I learned how to use Excel for this project to make graphs and how to use a spreadsheet.
