Sheath is colored a different color from core for safety inspections at a glance. TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE: Maintains properties and strength to 350°F. Melting point, 480°F. ABRASION RESISTANCE: 3x more resistant than Lay Rope, Braid and Double Braid constructions. Offers the highest abrasion resistance of any rope made. CHEMICAL RESISTANCE: Will not mildew. Can be stored wet if necessary. More resistant to most acid- alkaline-petroleum products than natural fibers. HANDLING CHARACTERISTICS: Rope is firm, yet soft enough to be easily tied and can be stuffed into rope bags without effort. Resists kinking and fouling, yet holds knots well. Our Super Lifeline and LimeLine will not stiffen with age or use. SERVICE LIFE: As long as the sheath remains intact, shielding the core from abrasion- contamination, frequent washing with mild soaps will increase service life as it rids rope of abrasive particles. Longer poles can be shipped in one piece by motor freight or they can be “sleeved” for UPS shipment. The “sleeved” version requires some simple assembly at the destination. A complete package for foam application. Attaches to 1” hose. The high impact 2.5 gallon foam reservoir with built in eductor can be set to the ratio of foam or wetting agents you use. The large easy to open fill port has an indicator to show the type of liquid in the tank. The flow is controlled by a twist grip valve/ carrying handle. The discharge velocity can be changed with a quarter turn to meet your needs for inlet pressures between 40 to 500 PSI. The nominal flow is 12 GPM at 100 PSI. The package includes a straight stream nozzle, low expansion nozzle, medium expansion nozzle and shoulder strap.

Dilutes a non-toxic, biodegradeable solid foam cartridge in the water flow, then passes through the air-aspirating foam nozzle to produce foam. Each cartridge lasts up to 30 minutes. Package includes (1) 50 gpm nozzle, (1) 15” long mixing chamber, (2) pistol grips (one with a shutoff). Recommended for use with water pressures between 75 - 125 psi, maximum 150 psi.

The liner is made of heavy 22 ounce PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) coated nylon which resists chemical contamination, mildew, rot and ultraviolet exposure. The liner will withstand -40 degree temperatures and severe outdoor exposure. The seams are electronically heat sealed. The 10” discharge tube allows for fast emptying. Yellow liner is standard, red available upon request.

AUTOMATIC AIR EJECT
The Auto Eject is a power input connector designed to be mounted in the side of a vehicle to permit connecting a 120 Volt A.C. shore line. A solenoid connected to the vehicle’s starter is energized when the engine is started and instantaneously drives the plug from the receptacle. This reliable device eliminates forever the broken cables which result when drivers forget to remove the shore line before driving away. Ship weight 2 lbs.

This 40,000 square foot, energy efficient building features a 30,000 sq. ft. production area, two-story office, state of the art downdraft paint booth, underground 15,000 gallon pump test tank, SCBA and electronics testing & diagnostic center, design center, conference room, a truck delivery showroom, customer lounge, and much more. The new facility combines all three local divisions of Heiman Fire under one roof. Heiman Fire’s sister company, G3 Fire, which fabricates copolymer polypropylene tanks and products, is now housed in the former truck plant. Rosenbauer truck sales are currently managed in house as well. This allows for more efficient communication and workflow between all divisions of the company, and provides customers with knowledgeable staff during every phase of the purchasing process. With the addition of the 1,700 ft. showroom, fire departments are now able to take delivery of their new apparatus in-house and walk through each component with their sales team within the comfort of the facility. Questions, operation, and additions can be addressed and completed efficiently during this time.
Truck showroom and customer lounge
Innovation is reflected in every aspect of the building from the energy efficient, automatic LED lighting and radiant floor heating, to the 15,000 gallon in-floor pump test tank. A key new added feature is the downdraft paint booth which pulls paint overspray and contaminants downward and away from the painted object. The building also features a two-story rock climbing wall, and a fitness room for employees. Heiman Fire has been a stable institution in the fire industry throughout the years and is excited to be celebrating 70 years of business this year.
