Tom Heiman expands sales to Montana and North Dakota After working for Heiman Fire Equipment through the 1970s in Iowa, Tom Heiman, another of Jack’s and Helen’s sons, moved to Great Falls, MT, and developed a western sales presence in Montana and western North Dakota. He traveled this area until his retirement in 2007, after 35 years with the company. In 2014, Tom Heiman passed away at the age of 62.
