The fact that the information and services are shaped by the activities and contributions of community members encourage mutual responsiveness and the involvement of a wide range of stakeholders (Von Schomberg, 2013)

Reflexivity & Adaptability The information and service are constantly evolving according the uploaded contents and comments of the GenPORT users.
This process of reflexivity and adaptability will allow the incorporation of the new findings and a mechanism of transparency (Pellé and Reber, 2013)
