Robert James Realty (RJR) is sometimes perceived as a relatively new agency. It’s not. Its roots go deep; it has a certain pedigree.RJR is the culmination of 25 years of evolvement of some very old, very talented and very high profile agencies.
2012 was a really exciting year for us.
RJR has a parent company, Triple One Group Pty Ltd.In 2004 it purchased and established a commercial & business brokerage franchise: the Barclays Business Brokers Sunshine Coast.
This was a difficult decision, actually. Elders was known for its true country values and had served the community well for 25 years but an overwhelming number of clients and other stakeholders felt that Tewantin had moved on from the country town it used to be, and that our emergence in the Noosa market would be better served by a whole new brand.
2007
In the old and highly respected Elders Real Estate Noosa joined the fold with a management portfolio of some two hundred propertie
2009 furnished opportunities for
further expansion. Noosa Realty Service, another well-established and respected agency, joined the Triple One Group, further cementing our position and reputation in the business community.
2011
In the Ray White Doonan (Noosa Valley) franchise successfully mergedwith the Group, growing our team of established and talentedrealty agents.
After discussions with our many clients and associates we decided on a bold strategy. We would adapt to the dynamics of the times and change from Elders Real Estate.
Robert James Realty was born!
2013 saw us opening a new office in
Noosaville. We also moved our Tewantin office to its central position at the entrance to the shopping precinct in Poinciana Avenue.
2014 we opened a new office at
Peregian Springs.RJR has continued to grow! With a team of friendly and highly trained staff devoted to our clients, and with several hundred properties under our expert management, we are now recognised as an industry leader.

Our Shop 9 Peregian Springs shopping centre office completed the positional triangle for RJR, enabling Noosa’s total coverage, from the beaches to the hinterland and everywhere in between. The modern hub of Peregian Springs with its shopping, dining, golfing and recreational areas is a big draw card for many and we wanted to provide exclusive access to the best real estate services without their having to leave their homes.

How Sales Are Generally Made Open Listing
The owner lists the property with more than one agency. This method has a low success rate.
Exclusive Agency
One agency exclusively handles the sale. The seller is confident in the agency's expertise, and the information buyers receive is consistent. The property is usually marketed with a price. It's the method of choice for most sellers and agents.
Sole Agency
The owner lists the property with a single agency but reserves the right to sell the property as well.
The Auction

ERTY READY First Impressions Count Most prospective buyers will drive by before they arrange an inspection. Keep lawns mowed, landscaping neat, and driveways clean and clear. Where possible make good and obvious repairs, clean carpets and paint dull or damaged areas. A potential purchaser needs to be able to imagine living there. Keep your home uncluttered, sweet smelling and well lit (make sure all the lights work) remove large items of furniture, where possible, to create space.
