For jewellery that makes a statement remember the name Mark Katzeff. The custom jewellery studio and goldsmith based in Edmonton uses materials that are not what you will find in every jewellery shop. The South African-born jewellery designer trained with German jewellers and has been crafting jewellery since 1982. Katzeff says his success is due to his ability to create jewellery that becomes family heirlooms and whose wearers return for more jewellery every few years. “I met with a young man on Saturday. The award winning jewellery designer likes to spend time with his customers to educate them on diamonds, gold and other precious stones and metals until they feel they are making an educated decision on the jewellery they invest in because these pieces are unique and timeless. www.markkatzeffdesigns.com
