Hemant Nandgaonkar

Hemant Nandgaonkar is a Mumbai based Occupational Therapist. Along with a masters degree in Occupational Therapy from University of Mumbai, he has also received advanced training in Ayres Sensory Integration® Therapy from University of Southern California. He is presently working as Assistant Professor at Occupational Therapy School and Centre, Seth G. S. Medical College and K.E.M. Hospital. In addition, he is Certified Instructor of Thera-Band® Academy. In his thirteen years career as an Occupational Therapist, Hemant has several publications at his credit. He also has presented various innovative equipments and tests in national and international conferences. Hemant is the founder and owner of Hands On Therapy Concepts®, a model of private practice. He is currently President of Society for Hand Therapy, India. Apart from his immense love for continuous give and take of knowledge the author is also fond of photography and travelling.
