Israel: Tel Aviv, oriental vibrations
They call Tel Aviv the bubble because in Summer, it is an island of tolerance in the heart of the Middle East, vibrating with festivals, fairs and other events like the Gay Pride running through the city and along its beaches. Tel Aviv is a rebellious city that has always sought to distinguish itself through its thirties style architecture, its many museums, its modern, trendy lifestyle. its 14 mile long beach is a sort of symbol, a meeting place, day and night, for the many communities that inhabit the city. Not to mention that this city of skyscrapers faces the port of Jaffa, one of the oldest cities in the world, which was formerly between Alexandria and Beirut, the main port of the ancient land of Israel and one of the first in the world. In short, a true city of spirit and freedom to be discovered... A feauture by Ludovic Maisant, text on request
