The Henderson TherMAXX line is best suited for traditional single or multi-location brick and mortar Scuba retailers. The Henderson dealer policy strictly prohibits TherMAXX products from being advertised for sale via any electronic media. Henderson has designed this line to be sold "in person" by authorized Henderson dealers only. TherMAXX products may not be resold to 3rd party distribution for any reason. Suggested retail prices are controlled by the individual retailer. Henderson

does not publish a Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) on the TherMAXX line. The line is backed by Henderson’s 10 year limited warranty.

Henderson’s Aqua Lock line is its flagship brand. This is an excellent product for the expert diver or recreational divers that want to own "The Best". This line may be sold by authorized brick and mortar retailers as well as via authorized online retailers. Aqua Lock products may not be resold to 3rd party distribution for any reason. All Aqua Lock products are covered by Henderson’s dealer and pricing policy. All products in this line are covered by Henderson’s Advertised Price Guidelines (APG) which provides

maximum retail margins. The line is backed by Henderson’s 10 year limited warranty.

New in 2017, Thermoprene PRO is the next generation of Henderson’s ultra-popular Thermoprene line. Thermoprene PRO provides 250% stretch, a micro fleece interior and enhanced features. Similar in price and retail margin to the Thermaxx line, this suit is recommend for retailers who want to sell via multiple retail distribution channels. Thermoprene PRO may be sold by authorized Henderson retailers via brick and mortar and electronic media. All products in the Thermoprene PRO line are subject to the

terms and conditions of the Henderson dealer and pricing policy. Advertised Price Guideline (APG) is listed in the Henderson dealer price list.

Consumer Direct Warranty

All Consumer Warranty claims are to be directed to Henderson as detailed below. Authorized Retailers are welcome to provide warranty service to their customer; however this service is not required by Henderson and we prefer that all consumer warrantee claims be channeled directly to our repair facility.

Warranty & Repair Information

Most Henderson® Brand wetsuits are backed with the most comprehensive consumer warranty in the business. With over 50 years of experience in designing and manufacturing wetsuits, we have developed a reputation of quality and performance. Every Henderson wetsuit is originally designed and manufactured at our USA factory, providing us complete control over the selection of components, materials, patterns, and designs. All warranty considerations can be professionally completed at our USA factory. The customer experience and customer service are our number one priorities. We understand that there are many choices for you to consider and Henderson wants to make certain that every wetsuit that bears our logo provides the confidence and trust our customer has come to expect from Henderson Dive Wear. Henderson neoprene wetsuits that are not used for commercial purposes and registered by their owners at www.hendersonusa.com/warranty are warranted for up to 10 years as follows: • 10 years (zippers) • 5 years (on all material and workmanship with the exception of damage due to chlorine, sunlight or compression) • 1 year ”Head to Toe” (excluding wetsuits that have been lost, stolen or damaged in use or used commercially)

This warranty is non-transferable. Henderson will replace or repair, at our discretion, any product proving to be defective. This warranty does not apply to damages caused by misuse, lack of reasonable care, accidents or loss of the product. Products which are not covered by the 10 year warranty will be marked and warranted as follows: 1) for a period of 1 year from the time of purchase. 2) to be free of manufacturing defects at the time of purchase. Please read the applicable warranty information and care instructions attached and/or provided with the product at the time of purchase. If you are uncertain of the warranty coverage simply return the product by following the instruction (below) for evaluation. If you believe your garment is defective or if you wish to have it repaired, please return them via UPS, Express Mail or any other reliable method that allows the product to be insured and traced if lost, directly to: Henderson Dive Wear 1 Whitall Avenue, Millville, NJ 08332 Please include a photocopy of your warranty registration receipt, your name, daytime phone number, and return shipping address. State-of-the-art technologies combine to make TherMAXX wetsuits advanced wetsuit design. 1 Neoprene Core: As in all wetsuits the Neoprene Core is the heart of the product. Henderson utilizes a proprietary neoprene formula developed exclusively for Henderson. This formula combines a low modulus with superior memory in a microcell structure, ensuring every TherMAXX Wetsuit will maintain its thickness and superior warmth and comfort over many years of service. 2 Exterior Fabric Laminate: The exterior laminate is made of an advanced synthetic nylon/Lycra® blend. TherMAXX provides 250% stretch, a perfect amount of flexibility to make it comfortable, but not too much stretch, which would allow the suit to balloon, allowing coldwater entry. The exterior laminate is also pill-resistant. No high stretch wetsuit is ”pill proof”, but TherMAXX will resist pilling and abrasion significantly better than other wetsuit laminates. 3 Titanum Laminate layer: Using a very special process, Titanium powder is combined with a special ultra-stretch adhesive material to create an external titanium thermal barrier between the nylon fabric laminate and the neoprene core. 4 Fire Fleece Interior Lining: Fire Fleece Interior Lining: Every TherMAXX wetsuit is

internally lined with Henderson’s exclusive Fire Fleece. Fire Fleece is an ultra-high stretch, low pile, synthetic fleece which is incredibly soft, and comfortable. Its luxurious feel and plush comfort will add a new dimension to your diving experience. Fire Fleece minimizes water transfer throughout the wetsuit resulting in a warmer and more comfortable dive adventure. WETSUIT DESIGN FEATURES 1. Sophisticated Fashion and Technical Styling: Henderson has a long history of style and fashion. Our wetsuits have spanned the pages of the world’s leading fashion magazines and countless Hollywood productions. TherMAXX continues with this history offering a blend of sophisticated styling blended with the technical edge that clearly identifies you as a trained and confident diver. 2. Pattern and Fit: Henderson’s patterns have evolved over 50 years from USA standards. Every TherMAXX wetsuit style is patterned, cut, sewn and fitted in the USA, prior to any production manufacturing. 3. Double Glued and Double Stitched: All the seams in Thermaxx 3, 5, and 7mm suits are double glued and then blind stitched inside and out (most wetsuits are only sewn on one side). Zipper, Spine Pad Sealing System: Utilizing a PK G-Lock water-resistant zipper combined with an 8mm domed spine pad. 5. Duratex Stretch Knee pads: Up to now,

there were durable knee pads and comfortable knee pads. TherMAXX Duratex knee pads provide the first ultra comfortable durable knee pad designed. The Henderson Aqua Lock® wetsuit system is our most advanced series of products. This revolutionary wetsuit system design is the first of its kind to offer interlocking wetsuit wrist, ankle and neck openings which are designed specifically to mate with interlocking Aqua Lock® hoods, boots and gloves to form a nearly impenetrable seal which minimizes cold water entry into the Aqua Lock® ensemble.

The 5mm and 7mm core jumpsuits offer special Aqua Lock® wrist and ankle cuffs which have been designed to mate with specially designed Aqua Lock® boots, gloves and hoods. The Aqua Lock® cuffs feature a soft and ultra-stretchy skin neoprene inner lining which mates to specially designed silicone seals inside the boots and gloves. 3mm suits also mate with Aqua Lock® accessories but the double locking wrist and ankles have been removed since they are not required in warmer water temps where 3mm suits are commonly utilized. The interior of all the core jumpsuits is lined with a golden micro fleece lining which dries quickly and feels luxurious against the skin. The Aqua Lock® suit exterior features Henderson’s renowned Aquasilk laminate. Rear zipper entry assures easy use while the PK G-Lock water-resistant zipper eliminates unpleasant cold water exchange in the spine and lumbar area. Soft, flexible and extremely durable Duratex knee pads complete the package.

A beefy #10 YKK zipper assures years of hassle free use, while a special zipper lock secures the zipper in the up position during use. This single piece hood attached suit is designed for divers who want the warmth of a dry suit without the hassles. Constructed from 100% Thermoprene® 8mm neoprene® with 7mm Thermoprene® flex panels, this suit is the warmest in the Thermoprene® line-up.
