We are Canada’s largest sales force, with over 200 sales professionals, operating in every major market across Canada. Our dedicated sales professionals handle all aspects of the hospitality and foodservice industry. Regardless of size or number of locations, each establishment has a dedicated sales representative who is committed to meeting your needs, providing industry solutions, and fostering ideas to improve inefficiencies and enhance overall workflow. Design.

Designing a restaurant takes time, however, we’re here to streamline the process and turn your dreams into reality. There are many factors to take into consideration before creating a kitchen design. This is where we come in, we help you with sizing, local building codes, fire and health, electrical, mechanical and ventilation requirements. Once we have a rough idea of the space and equipment needed we provide a more detailed space layout. We take responsibility for our work and represent your best interests to ensure we fully meet your requirements by choosing the correct equipment that fits your budget and needs. Each piece of equipment chosen must be made with purpose, taking into consideration functionality, efficiency, future use and overall budget. We then work with your architecture, interior design and construction teams and bring your dream to reality.

We are the largest supplier of commercial kitchen equipment and smallwares in Canada and 8th largest in North America. With over $30 million dollars worth of inventory and 10,000 sku’s spread across 400,000 sq. ft. of warehousing space, we have plenty to choose from to fill your immediate needs. If you require an item that isn’t in stock, we have access to thousands of supplier partners which allow us to order specialized product at a moment's notice. Through our warehouse management system we are able to fill orders with speed and accuracy. We understand that time is of the utmost importance to our customers, which is why we offer next day delivery for all stock items. We work hard to ensure that backorders are reduced, that freight costs are minimized, and that orders are shipped in a timely manner. With five distribution points across Canada, we are well equipped to store and stage orders of any size.



Custom fabrication.

Through the Quest brand we have built an enviable reputation in the Canadian marketplace for superior quality and value in each product we manufacture. As a full service custom metal fabricator we work within your requirements to design and create a product that exceeds quality and expectations. Russell Hendrix has three manufacturing plants and over 90 trained professionals, who pride themselves on accuracy, attention to detail, and industry best products. In conjunction with custom fabrication, the Quest standard product line has expanded from the original basic range to an entire selection of cooking, serving, preparation, and ventilation equipment. With direct industry input and the applied experience of our Russell Hendrix service technicians in the field, each model has been developed to satisfy our industry’s leading chefs.

Project management. Having a RH Project Manager on site is critical for success. Our Project Managers and Coordinators will be involved in many aspects of your project; from the bid stage, to commissioning as well as start-up of each piece of foodservice equipment. Your Russell Hendrix Project Manager has a responsibility to work directly with you, the client, and your trades involved on the Project. The requirements on a construction build will be provided to you by way of dimensioned mechanical, electrical rough-in drawings, equipment layout drawings, custom stainless drawings and applicable equipment specification sheets. Have comfort in knowing that your RH Project Manager has an entire team of capable Coordinators and Purchasers backing him/her.

Parts & service.

Emergencies happen, especially in the foodservice industry. That's why we offer 24/7 emergency repair services. Whether it's 1pm or 1am, you can call on us to get the job done. We service everything we sell and are committed to maintaining your equipment after purchase. Our fully-trained repair technicians can service your equipment during and after the warranty period. We believe in preventive maintenance and can help you avoid costly breakdowns by scheduling regular maintenance on your equipment. We can even arrange for our technicians to train your kitchen staff on how to carry out basic maintenance on your machines to ensure everything's running smoothly. We are also Canada’s largest coast-to-coast parts network, with 13 Parts and Service Departments across the country. We stock the required replacement parts for almost every machine we sell and if we don’t, we can quickly order the part you require to ensure you’re back up and running. 29
