Project management.
Having a RH Project Manager on site is critical for success. Our Project Managers and Coordinators will be involved in many aspects of your project; from the bid stage, to commissioning as well as start-up of each piece of foodservice equipment.
Your Russell Hendrix Project Manager has a responsibility to work directly with you, the client, and your trades involved on the project . The requirements on a construction build will be provided to you by way of dimensioned mechanical, electrical rough-in drawings, equipment layout drawings, custom stainless drawings and applicable equipment specification sheets . Have comfort in knowing that your RH Project Manager has an entire team of capable Coordinators and Purchasers backing him/her .
