Another approach to visual de-identification by pixelation I have been continuing to contemplate ways to visualize privacy. My De-identificaiton picts featured digitally-printed photos de-identified by their extreme. Another approach to visual de-identification by pixelation. To pixelate an image, we superimpose a grid on the image and replace each cell with a color representing the average of all the pixels in that grid cell. Although pixelation has been shown to be highly vulnerable to automated re-identification, it is a widely used method of obscuring images to make them more difficult for humans to recognize Self-sufficient, because it so safe trying to play God. Maybe a most sufficient affective priest. Un realistic, knowing be aware to be a responsible person. Like you know. Rotterdam Cultural Histories #9: Manifesta, Rotterdam 9 September – 31 December 2016
Twenty years 2016 revisited in Rotterdam Cultural Histories #9 revolves around the first edition of MANIFESTA, the travelling European biennial that had its very first edition in Rotterdam from June to August 1996. Manifesta 1 was held in 16 different museums and 36 public spaces in Rotterdam, including Witte de With.Art exhibition space. All the works displayed at Manifesta 1 were specially made for this edition and many of the participating artists, now world-renown, where exhibiting outside their own countries for the first time in their career. Through archival and video material that was never shown before, this edition of Rotterdam Cultural Histories aims to shed light on the coming about of the first Manifesta biennial and on the contributions done by artists.
