ABOUT ME
I am an architect graduated at Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur ( iukl) in Malaysia. During my final semester at the academic studies, i seeked to learn new skills and experiences with eagerness by practising myself at the foreign architect firm at my country. I am currently based in yangon working as a part one assistant architect with a focus on residential, commercial, industrial , & master planning projects. Training myself with expertise and knowledge and improving design skills, creativities, experiences and critical thinking. I am a young architect with eagerness and motivation along with an activeness at work, with the ability to adapt myself to different types of projects, challenges and to work as a team or individually. I believe myself as reliable, responsible and organised person. I am glad to learn new things every new day and ready to challenge myself with new opportunities.

The concept of contemporary style is proposed to design for the Ak residence, is a residence which accomodates seven master bedrooms and includes basic needs which are living room , family area , maid room, kitchen & dinning , prayer and roof top terrace. The residence is located at the northern township of yangon, called insein township. The building is facing to the south direction and good opportunities to achieve plenty amount of natural light and ventilation. In the facade design of the residence, wood material is proposed to achieve the nature friendly look and it reflects of the concept of the design
In the stage of the concept development for the design progress, in order to adapt with the site context, the building form is defined accordingly to the site surrounding and orientation. Substracted some parts of the form in the ground floor that is to give more outdoor space in the front area of the residence and to give the spacous amount of plantation area in the residence compound. Apart from the ground floor, the rest of the floors are the private spaces where only the residents are able to access, in such a way, the zoning is divided.To give the outdoor hanging out space and chilling area for the residents during the night times, a large outdoor area is proposed on the roof top area

The hty office is located at the hlaing thar yar industrial zone which is on the west part of yangon city. This proposed building is the new office building to extend the business for marketing and delivery serivces. The office is designed with open floor type for the mulity functional purpose used. The ground floor is functional hall space with semi-private area such as pantry and drivers resting area. On the first floor is the open floor area for the staffs to work more effectively and openly. Lastly on the second floor, the meeting room and private area required by the client is provided.
Thinking of the concept for this new office building, the first thing to consider is the privacy as the proposed building is closed to the junction and surrounded by the slums as well as to protect from rain and direct sun light as the site is facing directly to the west sunlight which abosrbs more heat. Based on the facts , the design concept came out with the 30 degree extruded facade treatment which helps to prevent the direct sun light entering to the building and to keep privacy from the junction during day time and night hours. As for the ventilation, according to the site analysis, less opening provided on the north and south as the bad drainage smell in the industrial area.

The proposed site is located in Cyberjaya and the site is surrounded by 4 roads. The Cyberjaya is a well renowned science, technology and innovation hub located 30km south of malaysia capital kuala lumpur. The city was established in 1997 for the research and development with full connection on development of knowledge-based industries. The city seats on a 7000 acres of land surrounded by two huge lakes. The buildings in cyberjaya are designed specifically to serve all the physical needs of ict and technology companies. The proposed site land area is 2500 sqm. Neighbouring buildings include department of standards malaysia, tech mahindra ict services is located on the south side of the proposed site, magic business centre is located on the east side of the site.
Firstly, explaining about the viewing from outside to inside and inside to outside. Since we are designing for the incubation hub in order to make it stand out, i need to choose the good eyes catch up point as it is a comercial building where people came to start their business. When i look at the site and context around, the closet to our site is the pentagon building which is at the west and the mqa building in the east. Thus in order to keep in the most attracive point of view for the pedestrian, i proposed to allocate the building footprint at the corner of the site, where all the junctions are meet. Secondly, for the zoning, i kept out the inner 1 acre for the future development by following the analysis. Thirdly, for the design itself, my main intention is to provide usable funational space, create aesthetic value and quality of life. The concept of the deisgn itself is lets imagine the growth, incubation center is a place where all the young enterpreneurs came to start their business to make it growth. So lets imagine a tree, from where they develop and grow. So the main idea for the building design is about the root of thinking. Thus in order to reflects architecture as a place where all the groups of enterpreneurs are gathered, i proposed my concept of a combination of three main blocks which are incubation hub, business center and MPH/Auditorium which are different orientation but in the center, these blocks are connected by center court and lounge. Basically from the center, it is branching to different directions and the building is jointed with the service areas which connect front and back.

The design intension of the university sports center is for the students to serve the body and the mind , to create a stree free zone by providing sport facilities and users can utilize them in order to relieve their stress, to combine the facilities in one place so that students from different faculties and hostels can gather in one place and that will give the benefits of developing the friendship and goals.
The site is located in the area of kajang nearby uniten. The location of the site is found at the deep end of iukl’s land next to the civil engineering department of iukl akso known as the block 9, ikram offices, and block 11 are on the west side of the site. Facing to the north, there is an iukl football field where we can get the best view for the sport pavillion. At the east side of the site, there is a faculty of automobile major. There are some bushes and tall trees at the south part of the site. Although the site is located at the back,there are some good facts in the site such as plenty open spaces, view and good ventilation. On the other hand, there are cons of the site which are lack of vegetation in the site so it is the good opportunity to grow plantation in the site area as part of decarbonation. Secondly, there is no proper walkway to site as a solution to analysis I proposed the landscape along the walkway which give the welcoming sense to the users.
