A LEADER WHO DOES PRODUCE daily tasks. This type of leadership allows employees to take the time to push their team to improve on those tasks. This kind of leadership allows employees to come to a job that pushes them to grow in their professional careers and as a person rather than leaving them to become complacent in their positions.
