Through results-based grant payments to eligible solar companies for verified end-user connections, they aim to facilitate over 480,000 connections, providing access to clean electricity for households and MSMEs. By supporting solar companies that embrace the energy-as-a-service or lease-to-own business models, they intend to empower them to expand their operations sustainably. This SSPU program strives to drive Nigeria's energy transition forward. By displacing fuel generators and scaling up access to clean electricity, we aim to create a positive impact on small businesses and households across the nation. Cloud Energy were selected as the best 10 Companies out of 30 Companies to Facilitate this program.

To ensure a seamless and customized experience, we conduct a comprehensive assessment of the customer's energy needs. Simultaneously, we evaluate their creditworthiness through our advanced Cloud Pay app, leveraging ✅data from credit bureaus. This assessment helps us tailor the most suitable solar energy solution while ensuring affordability. ✅
STEP 3 Customer Agreement Once the customer is satisfied with the proposed solar energy system and lease terms, we proceed with the signing of the lease agreement. This agreement outlines the lease period, monthly payments, and other essential terms, providing clarity and transparency throughout the process.

STEP 4 System Installation With the lease agreement in place, our team of skilled technicians swiftly proceeds to install the solar energy system at the customer's premises. We ensure a seamless integration process, making certain that the system aligns perfectly with their specific requirements.
STEP 5 Regular Lease payment After successful installation and testing, the customer commences regular lease payments as per the agreed schedule. These affordable monthly payments cover the cost of the solar system while significantly reducing the customer's reliance on conventional energy sources.
STEP 6 End of Lease /Ownership Upon completing all lease payments within the specified period, the customer reaches the end of the lease agreement. Required Documents: BVN, Guarantor Details, Bank Statements, Business Location. Guarantor Information: The customer submits information on two guarantors and the agent who referred them, who will provide references for their application. Bank Statement Submission: The customer submits bank statements from the past 6 months to further assess financial stability. Credit Assessment: CloudPay collaborates with credit bureau to perform a credit assessment based on the provided information. The assessment determines the customer's creditworthiness.
Verification and Approval: After the verification processes are complete, CloudPay reviews all the provided information. Independent Verification Officer (IVO) Inspection: An Independent Verification Officer will visit the customer's business location for inspection and verification. The inspection ensures the provided information matches the physical location. If approved, the customer progresses to the next step. AGREEMENT AND PRICE SCHEDULE The customer signs the agreement and price schedule, formalizing their commitment to the Solar Solution.
