Futar® D and Futar® D Fast are syringeable bite registration materials, which are also indicated for use in centric occlusion. They can be successfully used for coating bite registration forks and as a locating material, such as for Gothic arch tracings. The materials are also ideal for fabricating model segments for fitting down porcelain and composite inlays and onlays etc. to grind in the occlusion on the model.

Futar® D Fast is the twice-as-fast addition-curing bite registration material with extremely high final hardness (Shore-D 43). Twice as fast because it sets both quickly and easily and can thus be carried out quickly.

Futar® D Slow covers an extensive range of indications. It can be used as a syringeable fixation material for impressions involving implants, myofunctional bite registrations, for forming custom impression peripheries, for making model segments for the reassembly of ceramic, cast iron or plastic fillings in order to grind the occlusal surface on the model or as an isolation material for imbedding acrylic and porcelain denture teeth.

The Applyfix® is a manual dispensing gun for dosing and applying modern impression materials. The plastic products can be easily disinfected to satisfy the most stringent hygiene requirements and has a compact ergonomic design, making them easy and efficient to use.

Utilising the best characteristic of two well-known impression materials, Kettenbach has developed an entirely new one, designed especially for the one-step impression technique. Identium from vinylsiloxanether.

THE BEST OF POLYETHER:

Polyether materials are well-suited for the one-step impression technique because they offer a high degree of precision, dimension stability and detail reproduction. They offer versatile capabilities in various tooth situations thanks to: Well-developed flow properties / good hydrophilicity / long working time / high final hardness.

THE BEST OF A-SILICONE:

Addition-curing silicones exhibit well-developed elastic properties, resisting even high mechanical stresses. Due to their special chemical composition, they offer: optimal recovery after deformation / easy removal from mouth and model. Improved patient comfort due to the absence of odour and taste, eliminating the risk of erratic movements due to gag reflex. With the perfect balance between stability, flowability and pressure build-up and between long working time and short intraoral time, the material is suitable for the complete range of impressions.
