About Rewards
Each £1 spent on HSD (consumables, equipment, education, lab, service, software) or SOE products generates 1 point. Some exclusions apply. See below for details. Each point is worth £0.0025 (quarter of a penny) for standard rewards customers and £0.005 (half a penny) for Platinum customers.
New members qualify for an opening balance of 8,000 free points (worth £20).

The points are allocated in the first week of each month and relate to all invoiced orders from the previous month. The programme runs in a 2-year cycle to allow customers to accrue points. Currently, points will be allocated on all purchases up to 31 December 2023. December’s points will be added to accounts around 5th January 2024 – then customers have until 31st January 2024 to redeem their points when they will be expired. Points can be used to purchase: • SOE/HSD/MediCruit vouchers to use in payment for orders (consumables, equipment, education, service, software and recruitment).
• Dental Products – these include handpieces, whitening, infection control, small equipment and more.
See website for most up to date items. • A selection of practice-related items including mobile technology, kitchen products, TVs, sound systems, laptops, ipads etc. Just check out the website to see the range. • Donation to one of three charities – DentAid, Bridge2Aid and Cancer Research UK. Customers committing 80% of spend to HSD will be invited to join Rewards Platinum with automatic double points value. Their spend is calculated based on the chair data the customer provides when they sign up. Sales team can recommend customers for Platinum.
Special Markets and Financial Services are excluded from the scheme. Exclusions apply: You are unable to earn or use points on the following: Pharmaceuticals and anaesthetics, monthly charges, recurring revenue from Software of Excellence, emergency call-outs and anything that is not under your service contract (including service calls, spares and parts). The loyalty programme is available to customers in the UK and ROI.
