COURSE SUMMARY / DESCRIPTION Taking care of patients (in your practice) can be challenging at the best of times. Now throw a little global pandemic into the mix and things get really interesting. In this online lecture and hands on workshop, Professor Raman Bedi and Dr Andrew Osafo will cover everything from caries arrest, interim repair to definitive restorations. Caries arrest treatments and minimally invasive management of dental caries for paediatric patients have been proven effective in many clinical situations. Now focus has turned to these treatment modalities as they can be accomplished, quickly and effectively and often without use of any handpiece at all. You will learn about silver diamine fluoride / potassium iodide, and glass ionomer restorative materials, and composite resin and how to use these tools both individually and together to help manage your paediatric and adult patient population. You will be able to complete this 1.5 hour course/webinar in the comfort of your own operatory. Certain pre-requisite equipment will be required. A complete kit of materials will be provided. Instruction will take place online and opportunity to interact with the instructor will be available. Learn how to care for and keep patients in your practice. You’ve heard it before - treat your existing patients well and your practice will soar.
