We’re excited to provide some more information about the next step in Henry Schein UK’s digital transformation: our new website. To ensure a smooth transition of your account to our new website, please review this FAQ

We hope that these answers provide a greater understanding of what you can expect from our new website and the world-class eCommerce experience we are working to provide Please stay tuned for more information as we come closer to launch.

Q: Will the Henry Schein website URL remain the same?

A: Yes, though it is important to understand that to ensure an optimal experience for you and your team on 28 October, you will be unable to place orders on our website for a maximum of two days prior to launch while we transfer your account information to the new website. If you’d like to place an order during this time, please contact your sales representative or call 0800 023 2558 for our dedicated Dental Telesales team or 0800 032 8018 for our dedicated Laboratory Telesales Team We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding

Once your account transition is complete, you will automatically be directed to our new website upon login. Your username and password will remain the same, though we recommend you always use a strong password to ensure the security of your account

Q: Will all of my account information be transferred to the new site?

A: Yes, your account information will transition automatically We encourage you to review your account regularly and update your information as needed. This includes settings, preferences, approval workflows, and budgets

Q: What about my shopping lists and shopping basket?

A: As your shopping basket and any orders pending approval will be emptied as part of the transition to the new website, we highly recommend completing any purchases of items in your shopping basket and submitting all orders pending approval before Friday 25th October Shopping lists and recurring orders will be migrated to the new website.

Q: My account has a number of Authorised Users. Will they need to reset their permissions?

A: No, permissions and preferences will be migrated over for all authorised users, and authorised users will not need to verify any account details to use the account

Q: What about my order and item history? Will they still be available?

A: Yes, you will still have access to two years of order history and two years of item history
