Héraðsskjalasafn Þingeyinga
Héraðsskjalasafn Þingeyinga or The District Archive of Þingeyinga is located on the 3rd floor of The Culture House at Stórigarður 17 in Húsavík. The objective of the archives is the collection and preservation of documents and other recorded sources from the history of the district. The jurisdiction of the archives spans all districts in Þingeyjarsýsla. The archives contains chiefly documents from the municipality in the district.
