Papaya Acai Smoothie Bowl

1 cup cubed papaya 1 banana 2 Tbsp coconut milk 2 Tbsp almond butter 1-2 tsp Herbal Goodness Papaya Seed Powder 1 Tbsp Acai powder 1 Tbsp chia seeds Toppings: sliced almonds, granola, strawberries, blueberries, mango, pomegranate, and/or kiwi Ice

Combine all ingredients and liquidize until smooth in blender. Pour into bowls, and decorate with the toppings of your choice. Drizzle almond butter on top for added pizazz.

Papaya Ginger Cold Buster

1 large papaya, seeds removed and fruit scooped out 1 banana 2/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt of your choice 1 tsp freshly chopped ginger 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime 2 Tbsp Herbal Goodness Leaf Liquid Extract (16oz) 1 Tbsp honey 1/4 tsp turmeric

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Thin with water asneeded. Pour into two glasses and garnish with lime slices.

1 cup chopped papaya 1/2 banana 1 chopped carrot 1 Tbsp chia seeds 1 tsp grated ginger 1/2 cup of chopped mango 2 Tbsp Greek yogurt 1/4 tsp turmeric 3/4 cup orange juice 1/4 tsp Herbal Goodness Papaya Seed Powder Ice

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses. Garnish with a sprinkle of papaya seed powder or chia seeds.
