The Not-So-Skinny On Salad Dressings We should all be aware

Light vs. Fat-Free: what's the big deal? Many of us assume there is no difference between the two. However, after looking at labels shows a large difference to your daily intake. Calorie-Wise Ranch dressing by Kraft still has 70 calories, 6 grams of fat, 340 mg of sodium, 6 grams of carbohydrates and 4 grams of sugar. Keep in mind, this is only for 2 tablespoons worth of dressing!!

Elizabeth Manley!! Such a treat it was for us to be visited by Herbal magic’s newest spokesperson, Elizabeth manley! Liz came to our centre to help us celebrate nine years of weight loss in North Bay! She spoke to us about her struggles with weight throughout her entire life, her joy in finding Herbal Magic, and about her anticipation of being an announcer during the 2010 Olympics. The celebration was a huge success and we would like to thank you all for being a part of it! To date, Liz has lost 20 pounds and is well on the way to achieving her goal.
