“The world is your oyster so just go out and do it.” A quick scan of fashion Blogger Joanne Phua’s website and you’ll realise this is
only one of her inspirational mantras for life - and they’re certainly paying off. At just 21, Joanne has launched a successful fashion and beauty blog, Bam It’s Joanne, started the Fashion and Beauty society (which will be expanding to UNSW and Macquaire next year), and has become one of our absolute favourite local bloggers. And all while studying Accounting and Economics at Sydney Uni. Oh, and let’s not forget she’s a total whizz at styling which is why we’ve sought her advice on rockin’ one of this season’s key trends: Brightly coloured accessories.
When it comes to bright colored accessories, there are two ways to go about it:
MONOCHROME Black and white provides the perfect canvas for a pop of color, drawing attention to your neckline. Hologram clutches are the perfect party clutch and because it’s clear and silver, you can literally get away with any outfit! Just make sure you’re pairing it with silver accessories and you’re all set.
