CLAY COUNTY

In Clay County, shoppers have the Orange Park Mall and Fleming Island Shopping Centers that are ready to meet their shopping needs without having to leave the area.

DUVAL COUNTY

Duval County is filled with malls and shopping centers that cater to most, if not all, shopping whims that residents may have. For some shopping at the beach, head to the Beaches Town Center, located at the heart of Atlantic and Neptune beach communities. The Avenues is a premier indoor shopping mall that combines the luxury of shopping with cool A/C and is the perfect place for shopping during the rainy season. Nearby is the St. Johns Town Center, which has stores that fit into every budget. Next door is The Markets at Town Center, which houses many top retailers.

Located in the beautiful San Marco neighborhood, San Marco Square is filled with boutiques offering one-ofa-kind items. In trendy Riverside, Five Points boasts fashionable clothes, rare accessories and even some shops just for your four-legged friend. The Shops of Avondale, located on St. Johns Avenue in Jacksonville’s historic Avondale neighborhood is a quaint, tree-lined community with a variety of locally owned stores and boutiques. Oakleaf Town Center, on the Westside, is a retail center full of all the amenities shoppers could possibly want. Attracting shoppers from all over the First Coast, River City Marketplace, on the Northside, is conveniently located near the Jacksonville Airport, and offers an array of retailers.

NASSAU COUNTY

Both visitors and residents of Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach will find a variety of amazing shopping areas in this northernmost county of the First Coast. Centre Street and The Shops of Amelia Island Plantation are the perfect places to peruse an array of shops filled with rare home décor, trendy clothes and unique gifts.

ST. JOHNS COUNTY

St. Johns County is the perfect place for any taste or budget with upscale malls, eclectic antique stores and more. Shoppers can enjoy a day perusing upscale shops and boutiques at Sawgrass Village complete with lakefront outdoor shopping. The Nocatee Town Center, just minutes away from the lovely neighborhoods of Nocatee, offers residents an assortment of restaurants, shops and even big box stores. The Pavilion at Durban Park is one of the newer developments in northern St. Johns County. The area is continuing to create shopping and dining options and will soon be the largest shopping area on the First Coast.

As two of Florida’s premier outlet malls, the St. Augustine Outlets and St. Augustine Premium Outlets offer shoppers both designer merchandise and more than 50 brand names at prices that won’t hurt your wallet. On St. George Street, in St. Augustine’s quaint historic district, shoppers can stroll the pedestrianonly cobblestone street which is home to many galleries carrying local and regional artwork, and a treasure trove of one-of-a-kind shops along this four-block stretch.
