Gone Forevermore You think I am gone forevermore, How wonderfully wrong you are For I am the same as before And have not gone that far. My world now consists of love There is no greed or sorrow So when you join me above You leave every sad tomorrow. You count the time I’m gone But my time there was wasted If you don’t try to move on; I’m not something sour tasted. I promise you this is so true And every word the Bible gives So find some loving thing to do And know that this soul still lives! LaShunda Crutcher-Boddie
To My Beautiful Wife YOUR WORK ON EARTH IS DONE You toiled so hard for those you loved. You said goodbye to none, Your spirit flew before we knew, Your work on earth is done. I miss you now; my heart is sore, As time goes by I miss you more. Your loving smile, your gentle face: No one can fill your vacant place. Your life was love and labor. Your love for your family true. You did the best for all of us. I will always remember you. Love Always,
Frederick

To Our Mother Where do I start? You were a great mother. You did everything you could for us. I’m grateful to have had you 30 years. So many people love you, Ma. I’m going to miss not waking up seeing you or you calling me “Burnett”. Everything is different and it still doesn’t seem real. I wish I would have spent more time with you, or told you I love you more than I did. I hope you know I’ll do anything to have you present again. I’ll hug you and never let go. Watch over us, Ma.
Stanley
I LOVE YOU! Rest in Love,
I never thought that it would come to this day. You left me with so many questions. You were the strongest, most loving, and caring person anyone could ever meet. You touched so many souls, Ma. You were a living angel. Thanks for everything, Ma. Thanks for life. Now you can live in eternity.
Love,
Keshean
Mommy, I just want to say I love you and thank you for everything you have done for me. We were each other’s one and only. There were days when you called to ask me something, and you’d say “That’s why you’re the momma and I’m the daughter.” You raised me to be so responsible and strong. You always said if anything was to happen, you wanted me to hold it down. And you did your thing; look at me holding it down! Just call me LaShunda, Jr. Thank you, MY QUEEN! You will forever live through your kids. Rest Easy,
Tierra
My mother was the best person in the world. She was the type of person that you can lean on. She would break her back to do anything for you. She was the one who brought me into this world and now I’m never going to see her beautiful smile again. Knowing you and TJ will always be watching over me and my brothers and sister is the best thing I could ask for. Rest well, Mom. Love,
Tim
To My Sweet Sister DEAR SISTER I am learning how to live In a new way Since that day You were taken away I am learning how to live With the things left unsaid Knowing I got to say them With every tear that I shed I am learning how to live By embracing the pain Knowing that you live on Through the memories that remain I am learning how to live Knowing I will never again see your face And I have peace knowing That you’re in a better place I am learning how to live Knowing you’re in God’s care It gives me the strength to move on And makes the pain much easier to bear Love Always,
Nikki
