HAUS was founded by Hertex to provide customers with expertly curated homeware to elevate their interior schemes – and at the centre of this collection is our ever-expanding range of hand-picked rugs.

Rugs do more than pull a room together – they set them apart. Not only do they add texture, interest and comfort to a space, but functionality too, protecting floors and reducing noise.

Natural rugs

Easy underfoot, easy on the planet and easy on the eye, this sustainable selection forms part of the biophilic design trend. Many of these rugs are made by hand and composed purely of jute, a biodegradable fibre, or blended with linen for added durability.

Plain rugs

Not only does a plain area rug create the illusion of space, but it is an opportunity to play with colour and interesting textures. This selection includes a spectrum of shades and sheens, as well as various piles, from luxurious viscose rugs to comforting shaggy options.

Machine-washable rugs can be cleaned in a washing machine at 30°C, making them perfect for bathrooms and bedsides. For best results, choose a gentle cycle and mild detergent. Never iron or bleach machine-washable rugs.

Why rough it? Create an open-air sanctuary with our durable Outdoor rugs, which are dual-purpose and easy to clean –simply hose off with water. An excellent choice for indoor living too, these rugs are animal- and party-friendly.

Made of 100% polypropylene, fully outdoor rugs are hard-wearing and resistant to fading, water and mildew. They are easy to clean – simply hose with clean water. Party-, child- and pet-friendly, fully outdoor rugs offer an excellent no-fuss solution for both indoor and outdoor use.

Undercover patio rugs are made of a polypropylene and polyester blend, making them hard-wearing and easy to clean, but a little softer underfoot and less fade-resistant compared to fully outdoor rugs. Suitable for covered patios and indoor use.

Eco-friendly, washable, hard-wearing rugs that are made of recycled plastic bottles. Naturally resistant to stains and mildew. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
