WALL ART CATALOGUE
HAUS wall art is a framed, canvas-printed range of premium artwork that will draw the eye and refocus a room. CANVAS & FINISHES
Most of the pieces in this collection feature a printed canvas with hand-painted finishes. New to the collection are artworks that showcase a textured surface, embroidered detail or a 3D effect; as well as pieces that have been created on an exposed linen base cloth or hessian canvases with impasto-style brushstrokes, giving them extra depth and texture.
SIZES
The HAUS wall art collection comprises variously sized artworks and is characterised by several generously proportioned pieces. Most prints measure 100cm W x 140cm L, but the range also includes smaller-sized prints (60cm W x 80cm L and 50cm W x 70cm L) as well as extra-large statement pieces (180cm W x 145cm L and 145cm W x 145cm L). The styled images in this publication can be used as a reference for proportion.
FRAMES
High-density polystyrene (PS) frames are manufactured moulds that look and feel just like wood. They are strong, durable and resistant to moisture. Additionally, polystyrene is usually lighter, meaning the frame is easier to carry and hang.
All designs are framed and feature white, Light Nature, Oak Nature, black or Nature Bamboo frames. Each frame includes two hooks for hanging; styles that are suitable for portrait and landscape display come with four hooks. Screws are not included.
CARE
INSTRUCTIONS
Keep out of direct sunlight. Use a damp cloth to wipe the frame. Dust off occasionally. Suitable for indoor use only.
WALL ART FEATURES EXPLAINED
Real brushstrokes and texture are added by hand to give the canvas a unique finish, ensuring that no two pieces are the same.
Finer hand-painted detail, generous brushstrokes, the addition of luxurious texture and a more layered, painterly effect over a larger area of the piece give it enhanced authenticity.
Thicker, more textured hand-painted brushstrokes offer depth and visual interest to these hessian-based pieces.
A linen base cloth absorbs and retains pigments, adding depth and texture to these artworks that feature a hand-painted finish.
A three-dimensional effect gives these artworks a tangible sense of depth, texture and space, offering a more immersive experience.
Making use of embroidery techniques, threads are stitched into a linen canvas to produce an intricate, decorative design, creating a piece that resembles an illustration.
The surface of the canvas is manipulated to create a piece with a tactile appearance, giving the artwork dimension and interest.
A thin layer of metallic foil is applied to highlight areas of an art piece.
