انتقد تٌم كالرك ،ربٌس طٌران اإلمارات ،أسعار وقود الطابرات بشدة ،وذكر أنها ُم َبا َلػ فٌها إلى حد كبٌر ،وطالب بتثبٌت سعر الوقود عند 52دوالرا للبرمٌل. وأجرى كالرك مقابلة تلٌفزٌونٌة أمس مع شبكة «سً إن بً سً» اإلخبارٌة األمٌركٌة ،على هامش مهرجان الطٌران المقام حالٌا فً العاصمة البرٌطانٌة لندن. وتحدث كالرك فً المقابلة عن أسعار وقود الطابرات وقضاٌا أخرى ،وفقا لما نشرته صحٌفة البٌان. وقال كالرك« :أعتبر نفسً واحدا من الذٌن ٌقولون إن سعر الوقود الحالً شدٌد االرتفاع .فإذا كان السعر حالٌا هو 77دوالرا أو 83دوالرا للبرمٌل ،فٌتعٌن أن ٌكون 52دوالرا فقط .هذا هو ما ٌتعٌن علٌنا أن نصل إلٌه». ومن الجدٌر بالذكر أن سعر النفط قد ارتفع بنسبة %20خالل العام الجاري .وقد بٌع أمس الجمعة خام برنت لعقود مستقبلٌة بسعر 76.48دوالرا للبرمٌل ،بٌنما بٌع خام ؼرب تكساس الوسٌط لعقود مستقبلٌة أٌضا بسعر 67.76دوالرا للبرمٌل. وصرح ربٌس الناقلة التً صنفها أمس االتحاد الدولً للنقل الجوي «اٌاتا» كرابع ناقلة على مستوى العالم فً 2017من حٌث عدد المسافرٌن أن األسعار الفورٌة الحالٌة للنفط تتناسب بالكاد مع أسعار النفط المستقبلٌة ،وثمة شعور سابد بالسوق حالٌا مفاده أنه من ؼٌر المرجح أن ترتفع أسعار النفط أكثر من ذلك. وقال كالرك« :أعتقد أن سعر النفط قد بلػ ذروته اآلن .وسٌكون المنحنى المقبل مستقرا». وأضاؾ قابال« :ثمة قدر معٌن من الشك المتصاعد بشأن إمكانٌة ارتفاع سعر النفط عما هو علٌه اآلن».

وأشار كالرك إلى أن طٌران اإلمارات باتت تشتري النفط اآلن بأسعار أعلى بنسبة ،%44 مقارنة بالعام الماضً .واستطرد محذرا أنه على الرؼم من ذلك ،فإن العدٌد من منتجً النفط لم ٌُبدوا تجاوبا تقلٌدٌا حٌال ارتفاع أسعاره. وقال كالرك« :طالما أن الدول المنتجة للنفط ،وتقع ؼالبٌتها فً منطقة الشرق األوسط، تستفٌد من ذلك ،فتارٌخٌا ٌرتفع الطلب على نحو فابق السرعة ،إال أننا ال نرى ذلك». وذكر كالرك أن العدٌد من األسواق الناشبة ودول الشرق األوسط كانت تكافح من أجل مجاراة أداء الوالٌات المتحدة ،وبدا النمو العالمً ؼٌر ُم َؤكد. وأضاؾ قابال« :وبدأ المرء ٌشعر بالقلق بشأن العوامل التً تحرك كل ذلك .وأٌا ما كان ،فثمة قدر ُم َؽا َلى فٌه ٌهدؾ إلى خلق حالة من الشك ،ومن ال ُم َرجح أن ٌترك تأثٌرا .ولقد شهدنا ذلك منذ عشرة أعوام». ثم تطرق كالرك إلى رحلة طٌران اإلمارات رقم ،203والتً هبطت فً مطار «جٌه إؾ كندي» فً نٌوٌورك األربعاء الماضً ،فقال إنه ال ٌتبٌن حتى اآلن وجود مصدر لحالة اإلعٌاء المفاجا التً اُك ُتشِ َفت أثناء الرحلة ،إال أنه ٌتوقع اكتشاؾ جذور المشكلة «فً ؼضون أسبوع». وأكد كالرك أنه ال ٌتوقع أن تؽٌر طٌران اإلمارات أسلوبها بسبب هذا الحادث وأضاؾ قابال: «طٌران اإلمارات مؤسسة آمنة للؽاٌة ،ونحن نفخر بأنفسنا لما نوفره للمسافرٌن من صحة وأمان».

استقبل مطار القاهرة الدولً خالل الـ 24ساعة الماضٌة 122رحلة جوٌة دولٌة وداخلٌة سٌرتها الشركة الوطنٌة مصر للطٌران من العواصم والمدن العالمٌة والمطارات الداخلٌة المصرٌة. وأفاد مصدر مالحى أن المطار شهد وصول 90رحلة دولٌة من المطارات والعواصم العربٌة والعالمٌة ،كما وصلت أٌضا 32رحلة من المدن الداخلٌة المصرٌة ،على متنها جمٌعا 11ألفا و 571راكبا. وشهدت معظم الرحالت انتظاما فً مواعٌد وصولها لمطار القاهرة الدولً ،حسب جدول التشؽٌل المقرر ،وقامت سلطات المطار بالتنسٌق مع شركة مصر للطٌران بتخصٌص فرق من العالقات العامة تابعة لشركتى المٌناء ومصر للطٌران داخل الصاالت لتسهٌل إنهاء إجراءات وصول الركاب.

http://avherald.com Incident: Lufthansa A321 near Malaga on Sep 9th 2018, cockpit indication A Lufthansa Airbus A321-200, registration D-AIRK performing flight LH-1835 from Malaga,SP (Spain) to Munich (Germany) with 188 passengers and 6 crew, was climbing out of Malaga when the crew stopped the climb at FL200 continuing in the general direction of Munich. The aircraft subsequently diverted to Barcelona, SP (Spain) for a safe landing on runway 07L about 1:50 hours after departure. A passenger reported there were problems with an engine (V2530) shortly after departure, the crew indicated they were considering to divert to Barcelona or Toulouse explaining, it appeared to be an indication problem. After some time on the ground in Barcelona they were taken to hotels. The airline reported the aircraft diverted to Barcelona due to an erroneous indication in the cockpit. Initially the airline was confident the flight would be able to continue to Munich. The aircraft is still on the ground in BArcelona about 6 hours after landing.

The Saudi and British sides were respectively represented by Abdul Hakim bin Mohammed Al-Tamimi, chairman of the GACA, and Richard Moriarty, chairman of the UK Civil Aviation Authority. The MoU aims to train and build capacity in various sectors of civil aviation, safety, security and environmental protection in air transport. It also aims to be open to the latest technologies and best practices in various sectors of civil aviation, as well as to enhance mutual cooperation in the field of civil aviation. The memorandum also addressed the topics of privatization, revenue sharing and financing units project, as well as the establishment and development of civil aviation research centers. This MoU comes within the framework of cooperation between the two sides in the field of civil aviation and their wish to enhance bilateral cooperation between the two parties on the basis of mutual benefit and respect, in accordance with the laws, regulations and instructions in force in both countries.

Novus Aviation Capital, one of the world’s fastest-growing aircraft leasing financing platforms, together with Development Bank of Japan, Germany’s Nord/LB and Boeing, launched a junior debt fund for airlines and lessors. ―With continued traffic growth and aircraft prices on an upward trajectory, coupled with the importance of preserving cash for airlines and lessors alike, this new venture is expected to be a popular financing tool,‖ said Hani Kuzbari, managing director at Novus. The Cedar Aviation Finance (Caf) fund will provide airlines and lessors with higher loan-to-value financing for Boeing aircraft. It will be managed by Novus and will provide junior and mezzanine loans to bridge the gap between equity and senior debt for aircraft acquisitions. The companies said Caf’s first transaction is expected by the end of the third quarter.

Osaka’s Kansai International Airport partially reopened Friday, three days after the strongest typhoon to hit Japan in 25 years created storm surges that almost completely flooded the island facility. The closure forced the cancellation of some 400 flights a day and left some 7,800 passengers stranded until emergency shuttle bus service resumed on September 5. Authorities had to close the main bridge linking the airport with the mainland because a tanker ship collided with the structure, forcing the suspension of all ground transportation to the island. Although officials deemed the undamaged part of the bridge safe to cross and opened a lane of the road to bus traffic, rail service remains suspended while repair work continues. Typhoon Jebi made landfall on Shikoku, Japan’s smallest main island, early on Tuesday afternoon, then battered the city of Kobe as it skirted the western part of the island of Honshu, before moving out over the Sea of Japan in the evening. The storm also forced the cancellation of some flights at Osaka’s Itami Airport and another island airport—Chubu Centrair International—22 miles south of Nagoya. Opened in 1994, Kansai International serves as a hub for All Nippon Airways and its partner Nippon Cargo Airlines, Japan Airlines, FedEx, and low-fare carriers Jetstar Japan and Peach. The airport became the center of controversy even before its opening, when engineers determined that the man-made island on which it sat began to subside far faster than expected. Still sinking into the sea at what many experts consider an alarming rate, the island has now subsided 37 feet, forcing the airport to raise the sea walls meant to protect it from flooding.
