Glass Shade Table Lamp. Unsigned. Bronzed finished spelter metal. 22"h. x 18-1/2" diam. Condition: Good with a 2" crack on base.

800. Ansonia Bronze Finish Figural Mantle Clock.

Cast metal figure of the mathematician Denis Papin Vapeur sits with his hand on a steam digester. Clock tower with bulbous crown finial. Porcelain dial with open Broscot escapement, 8day spring movement, time and half hour strike behind beveled glass. Movement marked "Ansonia Clock Co. patented June 14, 1881". On a black metal base with embossed Greco Roman decoration flanking a central panoply of arms and armor reserve. 16"h. x 19"w. x 7"d. Condition: Very good.
