HX190WG2 features a unique barrier layer between the adhesive and the PVC. This barrier prevents any ink penetration preventing any film from lifting after some hours and makes the application easier. Whatever the quantity of ink, the application will remain stable and easy. HX190WG2 is Re-positionable, fast and risk free transfer, highly conformable. Which is better Monomeric, Polymeric or Cast vinyl?

As the molecular size differs from the monomer and polymer. The polymeric vinyl is far better than the monomeric, as they contain the large molecular size to withstand the tough conditions. Hence, Polymeric vinyl are preferred for the better finishing and long durability. However, if you need your print media to be conformable to the surface it is adhering to, then you should choose Cast vinyl.

FABRIC DISPLAY SERIES

Discover the different uses of our textiles for digital printing and also the advantages of using soft media. The inbuilt properties of handle, drape and surface of textile fabrics, allow for the creation of innovative articles. Suitable for indoor displays, most of our products are certified fire retardant according to the M1 or B1 regulation. These kinds of communication media are used for the production of banners and displays. Outdoor displays, the use of high tenacity polyester allows the production of prints resistant to outside conditions. These media are light (250 g/m²) and therefore their implementation is easier than with heavy PVC banners. Flags are excellent communication media for promoting an event or showing your geographical situation. A back-light media, also called backlit, is used for backlighting advertisement or in light boxes. The characteristic of this product is the very good light-scattering provided by a light source (led, diode or neon light) at the back of the media. The quality of textiles allows the use of these media for inside decoration. Some of our products can be used for wall covering.

A 155µm white matt finish printable PET media with a glue-free removable and repositionable adhesive system, suitable for graphics onto all vehicles. This product can be printed using various conventional inkjet processes including UV-Curable, Eco-solvent and Latex. To give extra protection and stability it can be laminated using V750 series or PC series laminates, giving a gloss, matt, textured or glittery surface finish.

This product can be applied-removed then re-applied time after time. It can be re-cycled so it can be considered perfect for carbon footprint reduction and the protection of the environment.
