PF4900 POLI-TAPE PREMIUM TURBO

TURBO is a new type of polyurethane transfer film with a hot melt adhesive that can be transferred quickly and gently at low temperatures. Suitable for transfer to textiles such as, nylon, cotton, polyester, blended fabrics made of polyester / cotton and polyester / acrylic.

TURBO is used to label T-shirts, jerseys, sports and leisure wear, sports bags, footwear, balls and other promotional items.

Can be cut with all standard plotters. We recommend using a standard knife 45°. The PET liner must be removed warm. For the neon colours the liner should be removed lukewarm. Washable up to 60°C. The soft, rubber-elastic transfer film offers a pleasant textile grip and is extremely comfortable to wear.

POLI-TAPE PREMIUM FLOCK

PLT is a high-quality, heat-sealable flock film based on viscose fibres (standard colours) and polyamide fibres (neon colours). Due to a soft, velvety feel and an excellent colour brilliance, a high image quality is created. PLT is based on ecologically harmless raw materials and is free of PVC and plasticizers. Certified according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, Class 1 (according to certificate 07.0.50430). PLT can be cut with sharp contours and can be easily de-gridded even if the residual grid is quickly removed without material tear-off. PLT is used to label and decorate textiles such as sports, leisure and workwear as well as carrier materials for advertising and design. The flock convinces with an excellent wash resistance. This product looks similar to embroidery when applied to a textile garment.

PF400 is a thermally transferable flex film coated with glitter particles. Due to a unique production process with solvent-free adhesive, the glitter films have a particularly glossy surface and at the same time have good wash resistance. As an application tape, a PET film with highly transparent acrylic adhesive is used, which also allows repeated repositioning of the computer cut motifs. PF400 is suitable for transfer to textiles such as cotton, mixed fabrics made of polyester/cotton and polyester/acrylic.

RF2000 RAPIDFLEX RAPIDFLEX

SF1000 SMARTFLEX PREMIUM

The Smartflex Premium SF1000 series is a collection of thin, stretchable and opaque PU-films with a matt surface. Thanks to the self-adhesive polyester liner you will be able to cut small letters and reposition your cut design before pressing. Due to the high washability this film is suitable for workwear. It can be used on all types of plotters and cutting devices. Chalk can be wiped away easily with a wet cloth for multiple application. Due to the used low-temperature hotmelt adhesive, Chalkboard HTV can be transferred quickly and gently at low temperatures. Even high temperatures and very dark colours will not cause any sublimation inks to bleed through the garment to the applied decal. RAPIDFLEX REFLECTIVE

Rapidflex reflective is a transfer film with retro reflective properties and suitable to transfer onto textiles like cotton, uncoated nylon, mixtures of polyester/cotton and polyester/acrylic. Rapidflex reflective can be used for lettering on T-shirts, sport & leisure wear, sport bags and promotional articles. The film consists of metallized microscopic glass beads laminated to a dry heat-reactivating adhesive backing. A transparent PET-film on the reflective side guarantees that the film can be cut with all current plotters. We recommend using a standard 45° knife. After weeding the cut flex film is transferred by heat press. The polyester liner should be removed warm.

Rapidprint matt is a heat-sealable, printable PU textile transfer film (opaque white, 100 µm) suitable for light and dark textiles. Rapidprint matt offers a high print resolution with a matt finish and has a pleasant soft textile touch. Due to a special top coat, the film offers an excellent washing-resistance. The transfer film is used for motifs and logos on sport, leisure and work wear. Rapidprint matt is suitable for transfer to textiles like cotton, polyester, uncoated nylon, mixtures of polyester/cotton and polyester/acrylic. For application to Nylon that is treated with any kind of coating, please test for suitability. Rapidprint matt is compatible with all current printers using ECO-solvent, solvent and latex inks. We recommend using PT854 / 870 as a transfer tape and as a protection cover during the heat transfer. The PET liner should be removed warm.
