REMOVE HANDLE AND TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY To remove the handle and transmission assembly follow these steps: 1.

Disconnect battery.

2.

Block frame to its free height.

3.

Disconnect all control and power wires that go throught the pivot tube on the transmission.

4.

Remove bottom frame shielding.

5.

Remove the four (4) cap screws that hold the transmission pivot.

6.

Loosen the transmission rollers.

7.

Lift out the transmission (the transmission can be separated from the pivot tube if necessary). NOTE: UPON REASSEMBLY, CHECK THAT THE CUP OF THE BEARING WASHERS POINT AWAY FROM THE ROLLER AND THAT THE NUTS ARE SNUG BUT DO NOT HINDER TURNING. THEN ADJUST THE TRANSMISSION ROLLERS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS MANUAL.
